The Grills Shop and its affiliates stands by its suppliers and manufacturers’ warranty and our customer service team will guide you on how you can return a product for repairs, exchange, or parts replacement.

Manufacturer’s Warranty terms and conditions are included with the products, and they can be reviewed on our Webstores. All warranties are direct with the manufacturer or through a locally adapted terms, subject to normal exclusive individual and residential use and proper care.

Manufacturers strongly advise the proper covers for all grills for the warranty to be respected.
